Ritz Inc. is a local family-owned business founded in 2009 by Iftikhar Abbas. By 2009, Abbas had spent over 20 years in various engineering roles in industrial settings, ie. factories, manufacturing plants, and large facilities. In these roles, Abbas focused on improving equipment reliability, reducing maintenance expenditure and minimizing downtime. During this time, he worked with many mechanical contractors who delivered subpar results and often for premium prices. Realizing this gap, Abbas created Ritz Inc. and dedicated his business model to providing quality services at an affordable price. Since 2009, Ritz has helped hundreds of commercial customers improve their HVAC/R and building management systems. In 2020, Ritz started to break-in to the residential market, doing seasonal servicing and split system installation.
